Services
Breeze.io provides an AI-powered offshore talent matching platform that connects businesses with vetted professionals across global markets. Our services include talent sourcing, candidate matching, managed onboarding, HR administration, and ongoing performance support. We act as the employer of record for all professionals placed through our platform. You retain operational direction over day-to-day tasks while we handle payroll, compliance, and HR obligations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your organisation to use our services.
Engagement Terms
All placements are governed by a separate engagement agreement signed prior to onboarding: • Engagements are available on a part-time or full-time basis • No long-term contract is required, engagements are month-to-month • 30 days' written notice is required to end an engagement • Billing is monthly, invoiced on the 1st of each month • Payment covers the professional's compensation, HR administration, and Breeze's management fee
Replacement Guarantee
If a placed professional is not meeting your expectations within the first 90 days, Breeze will source and onboard a replacement at no additional cost. This guarantee applies where the client has provided reasonable feedback and allowed Breeze a reasonable opportunity to address performance concerns.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate information about your role requirements • Treat placed professionals with respect and per applicable employment standards • Provide reasonable notice of schedule changes and role adjustments • Not directly engage a Breeze-placed professional outside of a Breeze engagement for 12 months after an engagement ends
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. All professionals sign NDAs prior to being presented to clients.
Intellectual Property
Work product created by placed professionals is considered work-for-hire and belongs to your organisation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Breeze retains ownership of its platform, matching algorithms, and proprietary processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breeze's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Breeze in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Breeze reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if a client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to placed professionals.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
